What’s a VPN? 

A VPN allows you to:

To my knowledge I haven’t seen a free VPN that isn’t bogged down with advertisements but if you know of one and it’s reliable then use it. Keep in mind the last thing you want to happen when you’re in the middle of a bet is to lose connection.  Also make sure your VPN offers world-wide countries and not just cities of one country like the USA. Gambling in many states in the USA is illegal so you wouldn’t want to choose it as a country.  You’ll need to change the location of your VPN to another country that has more freedom than the USA like Canada or Mexico.

I’ve tried just about every online casino that there is and Stake.com is by far the best. What makes them the best in my opinion?

First thing you want to do is to make sure your VPN is running and confirm that the country is set to Mexico or Canada. Next just minimize the webpage by clicking the minus box at the top of your screen. Now by clicking the link below you’re going to go to the casino site to register by creating a username /password. The only thing they ask you to do is give them a valid email address. They will send you an email that allows you to sign in to the casino for the first time. If you don’t see an email from Stake.com in your in-box then check your junk or spam folder. 

After you sign in there’s a white icon in the upper right that is the shape of a human head and torso. When you click on that icon a menu drops down and you’ll need to click on wallet. Underneath you should see your bitcoin deposit address which is a long list of numbers and letters. This is only your address and it only accepts bitcoin. Likewise if you changed to a different cryptocurrency then you’ll see that crypto address. Let’s just assume you chose Bitcoin. Any bitcoin that gets sent to this address will go directly to your casino wallet and will be changed back to US dollars. 

There’s a small fee anytime anyone sends cryptocurrency that gets deducted. When you compare the fee to the cost of gas and other travel expenses not to mention the cost of the hotel stay at a land based casino it’s a bargain. Ok back to the instructions. At the end of that long list of numbers and letters (aka your crypto address) you’ll see two white square boxes that are overlapping one another. 

Click on those boxes and it will copy that address. I don’t recommend trying to write down the address and retype it. If you get one character wrong you might lose your money. Make sure the address you copy is for the crypto that you plan to send. So now copy by clicking once on the boxes and later in the next section I’ll explain how and where to paste the address.

Now it’s time to fund your account so your going to sign up for an exchange. This is also the place that you’re going to paste the address you just copied above. At the bottom of this paragraph there’s a referral link for the exchange that will allow you to securely purchase your crypto with a bank card. You may have to log out of your VPN (IPVanish) because the exchange won’t allow you to purchase crypto with your location hidden. In fact this exchange uses a secure 3rd party to purchase your crypto so you know it’s a safe transaction. 

Remember the only time you need to be logged in to your VPN is if you’re visiting the casino. Once you click on the link it will ask you if you’d like to get the app or continue with the web browser. Go ahead and get the app and follow instructions for sign up. After you’ve completed the sign up process now your’re ready to buy your crypto. At the bottom of the page you’ll see a green circle with a rocket. Click on it and a page opens with “Exchange” listed at the top. Below that there’s a box that has “you send” and an arrow located to the right. Click on the arrow and a drop down menu opens. Choose USD or whatever currency you’ll be using and put in the amount of US dollars you’d like to use.

 Below there’s another box that says “you get approximately “ and another arrow to the right just below the arrow you just clicked. There should be a number in that box which is the amount of crypto you will get with the amount of US dollars you put in above. Now remember the address you copied in step two? Click on the arrow and choose the same crypto as the crypto deposit address you copied at the casino. 

Now hit “next step” at the bottom and a new page opens that says “Enter Address”. This is where your going to click on the box that says “destination address” and paste the address that you copied from the casino in step 2 ( iPhone users hold your finger on the screen until a pop up menu comes up. Touch paste). 

Next click buy crypto at the bottom. A new page opens and again click “buy crypto” at the bottom. A new page opens and just click continue. Ok you’re all set now. Log back in to your VPN and then go to www.stake.com.   In a few minutes you’ll see money in your account.  Now that you're logged in to the casino click on the “Menu” button at the bottom of the page. A list will pop up on the left side and about half way down that list you’ll see “Live Casino”.
